Data Protection Officer information
Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) oversees data privacy practices. You may contact the DPO directly with privacy concerns, data subject requests, or to escalate a complaint.
NPC compliance
Presco Philippines complies with the registration, notification and accountability standards set by the National Privacy Commission and maintains internal compliance procedures to align with regulatory expectations.
Responsible communication
Our communication standards prohibit aggressive, deceptive or harassing conduct. Staff are trained on respectful customer engagement and on the boundaries set by applicable consumer protection rules.
Complaints handling
Concerns or complaints may be raised with our customer team. Where applicable, complaints are escalated to senior staff or our Data Protection Officer, and we aim to acknowledge and respond within defined service levels.
Privacy protection
Personal data is processed in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable NPC guidance. We collect only what is necessary to service your account and apply appropriate safeguards to data we hold.
Customer rights
You have the right to be treated fairly and respectfully, to receive clear information about your account, to be free from harassment, and to seek redress where you believe your rights have not been respected.
